Last year, I made over $250k in my business, as the only employee.  With minimal overhead.  I also did it while traveling full time with my family, being a mom to two boys, and buying and designing my own properties.  I have completed design projects in over half of the US states, and I have completed them while traveling full time with my family.

A lot of big names in the industry like to glorify the hustle, and the constant dedication to scaling.  If that's what you love, that's cool.  But I'm here to introduce you to a different way.

Okay but who are you even?

Oh sorry- hi, I'm Paige.  Like many of us, I didn’t major in interior design.  I actually majored in anthropology. I am a story teller at heart, and because of this background I have learned the true value of a story and what it can do for a space. I love helping people design their spaces to tell their own stories. So here's mine:

I have over 10 years of active experience in all aspects of home design. Until about two years ago, I worked for the small Steamboat Springs CO-based design firm Home on the Range, where I learned everything about the design world from an award winning designer- Lynne Barton Bier (who also happens to be my amazing mom). We completed projects of all kinds and in all kinds of places- 15,000 square foot second homes to two bedroom condos, new construction and remodels, styles ranging from traditional to modern, rustic to coastal, transitional to eclectic, I’ve been there.

When my mom retired, my family and I realized that we were ready for a change.

We are those people that don’t fit in to the “norm” of buying a house and settling down and working 9-5 forever. We love adventure, we love travel, and we wanted to show our kids the world.
So, when I started my own business, I did it with those specific goals in mind- now, I live in an RV with my husband and our two boys. We travel full time, and in the past two years have been to Alaska, Colorado, the Pacific Northwest, the Texas coast, the deep south, Arizona, California, Mexico, France, and everywhere in between. This year already, we have literally circumnavigated the globe. 

I wouldn't trade it for the world, but constant travel means I have had to come up with some REALLY good systems for my design business.

I have become so familiar with the ins and outs of budgeting, sourcing, materials, layouts, and most importantly WHAT GETS GREAT RESULTS for our clients, and what doesn't. And though I've come to find that it's unusual in this industry, I've found my background in traditional full service interior design to be a huge asset.

I find joy in sharing my love of design with others and I have always been a strong proponent of sharing knowledge too.

As a remote interior designer, I have made it my mission over the last few years to fine tune my remote design process, and, like anyone who wants to stay in business, I have dedicated myself to creating efficient systems and processes to make things easier and more streamlined.

So! With all of this in mind, and the fact that I have spent so much time creating replicable design processes and figuring out the secrets to maximizing income through every possible source- I decided it was time to share it all with everyone else who's been trying to achieve the same thing!

Now I'm making it my goal to teach designers how to create a business they thought they could only dream of:

• One where they can work from anywhere they want, when it's convenient for them. 
• One where they can make enough money to support their family on their income alone. 
• One where they can have a business, AND have a life.
• One where we can stand up for our time and what it's worth.
• One where we don't have to bear the burden of things outside of our control anymore.
• One where we can find and connect with others like us, and work together to further our entire industry.
