The SSUFF process is a tried and true, handcrafted design process that contains everything (yes everything) you need to successfully design a short term rental (or any property) remotely.

Organizing Your Projects
Organization is huge in design! When you don't keep a project organized, your design suffers. So, to keep YOUR design from suffering, I am providing you with all of the exact tools and templates I use myself to keep my projects organized.
Module 3
Story
A good story is going to be the keystone of your projects. It will be part of how you plan your furnishings, what style and decor you choose, what upgrades you use, how you write your listing, and how you market your property.
Module 4
Style
After pinpointing your story, determining the style of the project is going to be the first thing you need to do in order to start the design and furnishing process.
Module 5
Upgrades
Property Upgrades include large or small changes to the property itself (i.e. new light fixtures, or a built-in outdoor kitchen) that help to elevate the listing above the competition. This section is about which upgrades you need to plan for to stand out against your clients competition and dominate in saturated markets
Module 6
Function
The function module is all about the property, how it functions now, how it should function and flow, and creating furniture layouts that will help you get everything into the spaces that you need.

Fit
Now that you have your story, style concepts saved, upgrades planned and furniture layouts complete, it's time to Fit that all together and actually find everything for your property! Fit will walk you step by step through sourcing everything you need online.
